A new MC, and no brokers who know your name yet. That is where we start.

Many brokers will not book a carrier whose authority is only weeks old, and the ones that will often pay less. We know which brokers work with new authorities, get you set up with them, and build the load history that opens up the rest of the market.

Dispatch for new authorities

What the first months on a new authority look like.

Fewer brokers will book you at first

Plenty of brokers set a minimum authority age before they will work with a carrier. We go to the ones that work with newer authorities, so your truck is moving while the history builds.

A setup packet for every broker

Each broker wants its own carrier packet: authority, insurance certificate, W-9 and payment details. We fill them in and keep them current, so a good load is never lost to paperwork.

History opens doors

Every load delivered on time and without a claim adds to your record. As it builds, more brokers and better-paying freight open up, and we move you onto them.

Compliance from day one

A new carrier can expect an FMCSA new-entrant safety audit within its first twelve months. Our safety and compliance service keeps driver files, logs and maintenance records ready for it.

Questions

Questions from new authorities

Do you work with a brand-new MC?

Yes. We know which brokers work with newer carriers and how to build that history from the first load.

What do I need before you can dispatch me?

An active MC authority, insurance on file with the FMCSA, and your truck and trailer details. If you are still getting those in place, our business development service covers new authority setup.

Will my rates be lower at first?

Sometimes, because fewer brokers compete for a brand-new carrier. We negotiate every load anyway, and move you onto better-paying brokers as your history allows.
