Built by people who came up through dispatch.

We built Smart Haul to take the operational load off carriers so they can do the part that actually earns — drive and grow.

Our story

Our team came up through dispatch itself: talking to brokers, covering loads, chasing detention, and fixing paperwork at eleven at night. That is why the systems we run today were designed by the people who had to live with them — and why we did not buy our software from anyone.

We run a US operations base in Addison, Illinois, with dispatch teams in Lviv and Khmelnytskyi. That is how we cover early mornings, late evenings and emergencies without handing you to an answering service.

What we are trying to be

The operations partner carriers keep. That means straight dispatch, accurate books, and compliance that never lets your authority lapse — on month-to-month terms, so we have to earn it continuously rather than lock you in.

How we work

Four things we hold to.

No long-term contracts

Month to month. We earn it every load — your satisfaction is the only retention strategy we have.

One dedicated dispatcher

A capped book means you are not number forty. They know your trucks, your lanes and how you like to run.

Transparent billing

Rates are quoted per carrier — your equipment, lanes and fleet size decide it. No hidden charges.

After-hours support

Dispatch is staffed 7am–5pm Central, seven days a week, with after-hours cover for breakdowns and anything urgent on the road.
